NewAlbum delivery for wedding photographers
Deliver every wedding in an album that carries your studio's name. Your couple claims it, and it becomes theirs to download, share and keep. No subscription, and no fee per album.

Online until 11 Nov 2026Open your albumWays to deliver
Gallery plans and shared folders both keep the album with you, for as long as you host it. A workspace album carries your studio's name and moves to your couple when they claim it, at no cost to you.

How it works
Your couple's names, the wedding date and their email. It stays a private draft, which only you can open, for up to 30 days.
Drop in your JPEG, PNG or WebP files, kept exactly as you exported them. Sort them into sets like Ceremony and Reception, or name your own, and pick the cover.
A short checklist, then one button. Your couple gets an email that names your studio and the date their 30 days end.
Your couple signs in and the album is theirs to download, share and keep. You keep a read-only timeline of where it stands.
The album your couple gets
Your name and logo open the album and close it. Sets become chapters. Family and friends open it from one link on any phone, with no app and no account. Try the sets.

Up to 20 per album, in the order you choose, with the titles you write.
Your couple shares it with the family. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, and light or dark to taste.
Once they claim it, your couple can download every full-resolution photo, a set at a time or all at once. Big albums arrive as a few ZIPs by email.
Your workspace
Drafts, deliveries and claimed albums in one calm place. It tells you what needs you, and leaves the rest alone.
A draft about to lapse, or a delivery nobody has claimed, rises to the top with the one action that fixes it.
Each card shows where its album stands: draft, delivered, claimed, kept or offline, and how long is left.
Your studio name and logo on every album you deliver, and your own accent colour and theme while you work.
Good afternoon, Aurora.

Delivering starts one clock, and everyone sees it: in the claim email, on the album and in your workspace. Nothing about it comes as a surprise.
The gallery, the share link and every original are online. Your couple claims the album with a free HeyGrats account.
Online for another year, as Keep gallery or Keep gallery + originals.
Offline, but it can still be claimed and restored for 30 more days.
An album nobody kept is deleted with its originals. A kept album can be kept again, a year at a time.
You never pay for an album. If your couple keeps it, that stays between them and HeyGrats: your timeline shows the dates only.
An album that is not kept is deleted 60 days after delivery, so hold on to your originals as you always have.
Why it's free
Couples who love their album can choose to keep it online, and some come back to HeyGrats for their next celebration. That is how it works for us.
So delivering costs you nothing, and keeping the album is your couple's choice.
